End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee” or “User”) and The EcoPrint LLC (“Licensor”) for the use of EcoPrint (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and use EcoPrint solely for internal business operations and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Scope of Use
The Software may be installed and used on devices owned or controlled by the Licensee. Use of EcoPrint is limited to the number of licenses purchased and is subject to any restrictions outlined in the applicable purchase agreement or invoice.
3. Restrictions
- Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code.
- Use the Software to operate or support a service bureau or SaaS offering.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security or license enforcement mechanisms.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of The EcoPrint LLC.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
EcoPrint may collect anonymized or aggregated usage statistics to help improve performance and functionality. All data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy URL or Document Reference].
6. Updates and Maintenance
The Licensor may provide periodic updates, patches, or enhancements. Any such updates shall be governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any term. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Limited Warranty
The Software is provided “as is.” The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties of any kind—express or implied—are provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Software.
By installing or using EcoPrint, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
